My New Year Resolution!!

The beginning of the year is when many people make New Year's resolutions and start diets. A study found that 38% of people making New Year's resolutions say they will make one that is related to their waistline..Actually to have healthy life is more than watching our waitline..
Well,I started this health and beauty blog initiated and suggestion by Puteri .Thank you ,Puteri for your encouragement.
In today world,we as a human being are our own enemy.We want to trim our waitline,look beautiful,get more healthier and have money in our bank account but we refused to exercise more,eat healthy,watch our own diet if we have illness instead we do the opposite way ,we shouldn't do it.By doing that, we have to spend more money to seek medical treatment and so on and on...My motto of living healthy and have longevity life are...."My Health is my Wealth"..No matter how much money we have in our big fat account sitting in the bank,if we have illness that incurable,even god can't help us,so what good is the money for??..We always take granted of own health not until one day something happened to us,then we will said"I wish,I can do that at my early life or I regret what I'm doing yesteryears"..
